ThinkSprig is a DBA/trade name of Unframe LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how Unframe LLC (“ThinkSprig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. 1. Who We Are
ThinkSprig is a creative learning brand offering screen-free activities, printables, and educational tools for children of various ages. Our website and all communications are directed at parents, caregivers, and educators — not children. Our products are designed to be used by children under adult supervision, and all accounts, forms, and communications must be managed by a parent or caregiver aged 18 or older. For privacy questions: hello@thinksprig.co

3. Child Interest and Habit Data — Special Notice
Through surveys and feedback forms, parents sometimes voluntarily share information about their child's interests, habits, and preferences — such as activities they enjoy, books they read, educational kits or products they use, or learning styles that resonate with them. We want to be fully transparent about how we handle this information: • It is always optional. No form requires you to share this type of information. • We use it only to improve ThinkSprig products, understand what our audience values, and develop content that better serves children's creative development. • We may use aggregated, anonymous findings — such as "the majority of parents prioritize curiosity and confidence" — to inform our brand, messaging, and product direction. We never identify individual children or families in doing so. • We may use information you provide about your child's age, learning environment, or interests to determine which ThinkSprig content or freebies are most relevant to send you. • We never share this information with third parties, never sell it, and never upload it to advertising platforms for targeting purposes. • We never combine this information with a child's name or other identifying details to build an individual profile of a specific child. You have the right to request that we delete any child interest or habit data we hold about your family at any time. Email hello@thinksprig.co and we will remove it within 14 days. Future personalized recommendations: If ThinkSprig introduces personalized product recommendations in the future, we will build a separate, clearly labeled opt-in system for that purpose, and will disclose exactly what data is used and how. We will never repurpose data collected in a general survey for a personalization engine without your explicit advance consent.
4. How We Use Your Information
• Deliver the free printable or content you requested • Send launch updates, product announcements, and occasional creative prompts — only with your consent at signup • Determine which ThinkSprig content, freebies, or products are most relevant to you based on information you provide • Understand what our audience values and improve our products accordingly • Develop brand direction and messaging using aggregated, anonymous insights from survey responses • Operate and maintain our website, including security and fraud prevention • Comply with legal obligations We will not use your personal data for materially different or incompatible purposes without notifying you in advance.
5. Children's Privacy
ThinkSprig is operated for and directed at adults — parents, caregivers, and educators. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not use this website or submit any information. If we become aware that we have received personal information from someone under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has submitted personal information to us, contact hello@thinksprig.co immediately. When parents voluntarily share information about a child's interests or habits, that information is attributed only to the parent's account and is never used to build an individual profile of the child.
6. Images on This Site
AI-generated images: Some images depicting children on thinksprig.co are AI-generated and do not represent real individuals. Stock photography: Some images are sourced from Pexels.com under the Pexels License, which permits free commercial use. These images have been modified or incorporated into original creative compositions. ThinkSprig does not resell Pexels images on a standalone basis. Real children's photos: If photos of real, identifiable children are used on this site, they will be published only with written parental consent on file. This section will be updated accordingly.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Service providers and tools: We use a range of third-party tools to operate ThinkSprig. Data you submit may pass through or be stored by these tools as part of normal business operations: • Kit (ConvertKit) — email platform; stores your email address and communication preferences • Tally — form and survey tool; collects and stores survey responses • Google Workspace — cloud storage and productivity; used for internal analysis and operations • Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) — AI writing and analysis tools; used to analyze aggregated survey themes and assist with content development • Framer — website hosting and analytics; collects standard web traffic data All providers are contractually required to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing purposes. When we use AI tools to analyze survey data, we work with aggregated or anonymized content — we do not input raw data containing parent email addresses or individually identifiable responses into AI platforms. Advertising platforms: We may upload subscriber email addresses to advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to identify similar audiences and reach new potential customers. We do not upload child interest data, survey responses, or any child-related information to advertising platforms for targeting purposes. Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ThinkSprig or others. Business transfers: If ThinkSprig is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer. We will provide advance notice before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

12. Survey Data and Brand Development
When parents complete ThinkSprig surveys, responses may be used — in aggregated, anonymous form — to shape our brand direction, product development, and marketing. For example, if a large number of parents identify curiosity and confidence as their top goals, we may reflect that in how we describe ThinkSprig's purpose publicly. We never attribute specific responses to named individuals in any public context.
13. International Visitors
ThinkSprig is operated in the United States. Visitors from outside the US should be aware that their information may be processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ. By using the site, you consent to such transfer.
